Baked Mashed Potatoes

3 lbs boiled potatoes

6 table spoons butter

1 table spoon butter for baking dish

1 table spoon butter to dot top of potatoes

1/2 lb Motzarella cheese 1/2" cubed

1/8 lb Salami or Pepperoni: diced

1/2 cup Cream

1/2 cup Grated Romono Cheese

Bread crumbs

Butter the cassarole dish Mash the potatoes with cream and 6 Table Spoons of butter. Mix in remaining ingredients except for bread crumbs and remaining butter. Fill cassarole dish Top with butter and bread crumbs.
Bake @ 350F for 30-40 minutes
